Join us as we celebrate 60 years of the Ice Age Trail Alliance and its work building, stewarding, protecting and promoting more than 1,000 miles of the Ice Age National Scenic Trail. The celebration takes place at Zander Park in Cross Plains, where the Ice Age Trail Alliance is located.
It's a celebration of the Ice Age Trail. It's a celebration of community. It's a celebration the work of Wisconsin's Land Trusts.
The event starts at 3 PM on Friday with a variety of activities hosted by our vendors. It's your opportunity to learn more about the Ice Age Trail, Trail Building, Wisconsin's Land Trust Days, and many partner organizations that support nature and environmental activities. Visit each tent to learn more about resources, family-friendly activities and educational information in your area.
Later in the evening, join us for dinner. You can reserve your seat at the COMMUNITY DINNER with a $25 non-refundable ticket. There is also special pricing for children. (Please note, this event is limited to 300 guests.)

Land Trust Days Kick-Off

A community dinner at Zander Park in downtown Cross Plains. If you are interested in #HavingFunOutside you are part of the Ice Age Trail community. To enjoy the dinner prepared by local chef, the cost is $25. Please register here.
The Alliance is partnering with local farmers and businesses to host a farm-to-table dinner, live music, refreshments, and, of course, birthday cake.
The farm-to-table community dinner will be served 6 – 7:30 PM with music to follow.
Six Chips Catering will be creating a delicious menu featuring:
- Organic poultry from StoneHaus Farm
- Coho salmon from Sitka Salmon
- Organic vegetables from Vermont Valley Community Farm
- Esser's Best beer
We're hoping for beautiful summer weather, so please bring your water bottle, insect repellent, sunscreen, and a hat.
If you're joining us for dinner, bring your ticket and a chair or a blanket, so you can relax and enjoy the music after dinner.
And... don't forget to bring your smile!
Special notes: The Ice Age Trail Alliance loves dogs, but we ask that you leave them home for this event.
