Participants receive an individualized service plan including a Guided Organizational Assessment, help creating a detailed implementation plan to accomplish improvements identified in the assessment, mentoring from LEAP program staff and consultants, and a grant to address one or more of the highest priority improvements. Participation in these intensive services requires dedication by board and staff and a demonstrated capacity to sustain a long-term improvement effort (up to 2 years).
